1. What do you understand by Animation? How is it helpful in a presentation?
Answer: The ability to move objects like text, graphics, charts, logos, etc in any direction of a slide is called Animation. We can animate the text, pictures, shapes, tables, smart art, graphics, and other objects in a presentation by applying sound effect including movements.
2. What is meant by Transitions?
Answer: Transition effect appears when one slide changes to other during slide show view. You can apply transition effects to a single slide as well as all slides.
3. How will you insert your own sound in a presentation?
Answer: To insert your own sound in a presentation:
• Select the slide where you want to insert the recorded sound. Click on the Audio drop down arrow in the Media group on the Insert tab.
• Choose the Record Audio option from the drop-down menu. The Record Sound dialog box appears.
• Click on the Record button to start recording and click on the Stop button when you finish recording. Click on OK to use the recorded sound.
4. What is an Action Button? Why do we use it in a slide?
Answer: Action Button are built-in button shapes that you can add to a presentation and set to link to another slide, play a sound, or perform some other action to clipart, pictures or the text in smart art graphics when one clicks or hovers the mouse pointer on the button, the selected action will occur.
